What does the go-digital program promote?

The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) promotes targeted consulting and implementation services in the modules "Digitization Strategy", "IT Security", "Digitized Business Processes", "Data Competence - go-data" and "Digital Market Development" for legally independent companies in the commercial sector and the skilled trades in order to support competition.

Module 1: Digitization strategy

Development of new digital business models or processes
Digitization of existing business models or processes
Objective: Needs analysis, feasibility analysis and risk assessment for your own digitalization project

Module 2: IT security

Risk and security analysis (assessment of threats and possible vulnerabilities) of the existing or newly planned operational ICT infrastructure
Measures for the initiation/optimization of operational IT security management systems
Objective: Avoidance of economic damage and minimization of risks from cybercrime; independent operation of basic IT security measures required

Module 3: Digitized business processes

Introduction of e-business software solutions for overall or sub-processes of the company, including their secure handling within the company or between the company and customers or business partners
Depending on the level of knowledge, experience and implementation within the company, the following consulting and implementation services are possible, for example: shipping and returns management, logistics, warehousing, electronic payment processes
Goal: Digitize workflows in the company as consistently as possible, establish secure electronic and mobile processes

Module 4: Data competence

Collecting and generating data
Data identification, data evaluation and utilization
Use of artificial intelligence in data processing
Consideration of legal and security aspects when handling data
Goal: Active participation in the developing data economy and generation of new business areas

Module 5: Digital market development

Development of a company-specific online marketing strategy
Use of external auction, sales or service platforms as well as social media tools, website monitoring and content marketing
Downstream business processes of an online store
Goal: Advice on the various aspects of professional online marketing

All modules can be combined with each other. However, each consulting service must include a mandatory consultation on IT security. atlantis dx is certified in modules 3, 4 and 5. Therefore, a selected and reliable partner of ours will be responsible for the mandatory module 2.

Who can use the funding?

Legally independent companies in the commercial or craft sector
Company size of less than 100 employees
Previous year's turnover or balance sheet total of a maximum of 20 million euros
Head office or branch of your company in Germany
Eligible for funding in accordance with the de minimis regulation

How much funding is available?

The funding rate is 50 percent of a maximum daily consultant rate of EUR 1,100 (excluding VAT). The maximum amount of funding is 30 consultant days over a period of up to 6 months. This means that a grant of up to 16,500 euros is possible. Your company only pays its own share.

Who is responsible for the application?

As an authorized consulting company, we check whether your company meets all the requirements and take care of the application. We fulfill all the criteria required by the BMWi.
