IT Consultant for CRM and CX

As an IT consultant, you will be part of exciting projects, which you will accompany from start to finish as a trusted advisor: As early as the pre-sales phase, you will contribute your expertise and present CX tools such as Zendesk and SugarCRM to potential customers. You will then take over the implementation and configuration of the solutions in the project and support the customer in an advisory capacity - always with that certain "thinking outside the box". You will design and implement customer-specific processes using state-of-the-art technologies such as SugarCRM, Zendesk and make and work with the team on innovative solutions.

Your tasks in our team

  • Pre-sales: Preparation and support of the pre-sales phase as well as the implementation of individual demos
  • Realization of projects: Conception, consulting, and development of CRM and customer service solutions through to live implementation
  • Customer support: Close cooperation with our customers, including conducting customer workshops to analyze the system environment and requirements
  • Development and adaptation: Independent development of individual extensions and adaptations as well as customizing of CRM and CX tools (mask design, workflows, queries)
  • Integration: Connection of third-party systems via REST
  • Training: Implementation of user training to ensure optimal use of the systems

Our expectations of you

  • Education: Successfully completed training in the IT sector, a degree in computer science or a comparable degree
  • Technical skills: Knowledge of web technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript as well as experience with relational database systems, especially MySQL
  • Experience: Ideally experience with SugarCRM, Zendesk or comparable solutions as well as common development methods and versioning/deployment tools
  • Soft skills: Independence, reliability and very good German language skills
